-
Advance payment is mandatory: All orders require advance payment according to the terms stated in Indika’s quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation.

-
Production begins after payment: Sampling, customisation, material procurement and bulk production will begin only after the applicable advance payment has cleared.

100% advance payment; or

An advance deposit, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.

Quotation specific terms: Payment milestones stated in the approved quotation or proforma invoice will take precedence over the general terms on this page.

Currency fluctuations: Quotations issued in foreign currency may be revised if exchange rates, freight costs, duties or raw-material costs change before payment confirmation.
-
Failed or delayed payments: Indika is not responsible for delays caused by failed transactions, bank processing, payment gateway issues or incomplete remittances. Production and delivery timelines will begin only after payment confirmation.
